Inside/Outside Sales Rep

Duties:

• Six month training period includes learniig all facets of our small but rapidly growing business
• Help with the transition to a new technology which is an all-in-one marketing and management system designed especially for the flooring industry
• Learn about the company's products, services and sales techniques through online and hands on training
• Assist with account management activities, including maintaining customer records and resolving customer inquiries
• Meet pre-determined goals of training

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Spanish is a PLUS not not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
